Bifenthrin is an Insecticide and acaricide which affects the nervous system and causes paralysis in insects. Bifenthrin is virtually insoluble in water with a solubility of 0.1 mg/L. Given its low solubility, Bifenthrin has high persistence in soil with a half life between 7 days and 8 months. Consequently, Bifenthrin is the longest residual termiticide currently registered on the market today
